This all-inclusive clinic is built for walkers who are looking to build fitness in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you’re returning from injury, a long hiatus, or never chosen walking for fitness before- this is for you!
Participants will receive 16 weeks of supported training from a group of experienced leaders. Each week our sessions will include an educational warm-up followed by a gradually longer walk. There is not a walker or runner too slow for this group- you’ve got this!

Options for all levels. Whatever your abilities, experience, or goals are, we have a group to match your abilities and goals.
Progressional training. We organize the routes and incremental training plan—so you can gradually improve your fitness, endurance, and speed.

While we think running fast is cool and all, we recognize there is not often a safe space for those who are looking for a place to start (or re-start!). This clinic is targeted toward beginners and those who are starting fresh- if you’re looking for something faster or more challenging, please consider our traditional 10k clinics which kick off the same evening!
