 LADYSPORT Spring 2025 10K RUN & WALK CLINIC

Monday night clinic is back! Starting January 13th @ 6:00pm, join us for an inclusive and welcoming clinic! Whether you’re a walker or a runner (or somewhere in between!), our clinics prepare you for a 10k distance in a safe and gradual setting. With 3-4 pace groups and a dedicated walking group, our clinics are designed for those looking to get back into fitness and/or train injury free with a kind and welcoming group!

About LadySport Run/Walk Clinics

LadySport run, walk and walk/run clinics are primarily targeted towards the recreational athlete and beginner or intermediate jogger who is looking for a fun social environment which encourages them to be active and dedicated.

We encourage you to participate in a local 10K run that takes place at the end of each clinic. However, if your goal is just to participate and be active with a group of peers, that's great too!
